ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPE..RTY [JI1'HIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FI�DM GENERAL CLASSZFICATION DISTRICT CG-6000) TO LIGHT
INIIUSTRY DISTRICT (L-1)
irJHEREAS under Chapter VIi � Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
been zoned as GEIVERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G-6000) , and
t3HE.'2EAS, a petition for change of zone classification of said property has
been filed orith the City Clerk on or about July 7, 1966, cahich petition was then duly
referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing anc2
a public hearing having bean held thereon on or about July 27, l.9b6� and said t�atter
having been duly considered by the Planning Com�ission and said rezoning request being
in cflnformity with the City•s Cor�prehensive Plans and a12 parties having been heard
appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, I�}GJ THE2FFC?2E,
BE IT ORL?AINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENIDN AS
FOLIAt•dS:
SECTIOIV I: The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Light Irudustry District (L-1? ; the City Engineer and the Planning Dire�tor
are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as
amended, to evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
Lots 29, 30, 3l, 32, 33, 34, 35, �C 36� Btock 2b, C.D. Hillman's
Eariington Gardens Div. No. 1, as recorded in Vol. 27 of Plats,
page 74, records of King County, �Jashington.
(situated on S 151st Place between 86th Ave. S and 87th Ave. S.)
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in ful.l force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legaZ publication.
