TRICT (B-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance N�.
1628 knor�n as the "Cflde of General Ordinances of th,� City of �enton", as amended, and
the maps in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
been zoned as GENERAL CTIASSIFICATION DISTRICT, and
WHEREAS, a petition for change of zone classification of said property has
been filed with the City Clerk on or about July 6, 196b, which petition was then duly
referred to the Plartning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing and
a public hearing having been held thereon on or about July 27 , 1966, and sa id ma tter
having been duly considered by the Planning Commission and said rezoning request being
in conf armity with the C ity's Comprehensive Pla ns and all parties having been heard
appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, 1Wt•J TH�2EFOi2E,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE NlAY012 AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 12ENTON AS
FO LLOL3S:
SECTION I: The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Business District (B-1) ; the City Engineer and the P2anning Director are
hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the �oning Ordinance, as amended,
to evidenc� said rezoning, to-wit:
South 300' of North 330' of NE � of NE � of Section 16, "
Tocanship 23 North, �ange S E.G�J.M. , less the E 23I' thereof
and less the ��J 264' of the E Z300' thereof subject to ease-
ments fflr City of Seattle Trans�nission Iine right of way.

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
