tr7HEREAS under Chapter VII� Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended�and
the maps in conjunetion therewith, the property hereiabeloc,� described has heretofore
been zoned as SINGLE RESIDEI�� DISTRICT (R-1), and
WHEREAS a petition for change of zone classiEication af said proQerty has been

hearing havc� been held thereon on or about July 27, 1966; and said matter having
been duly considered by the Flanning Commission and said rezoning request being in

rezoned to Business Parking (B-P); the City Engineer and the Planni.ng Director are
hereby authorized and ditected to change the ar�ps of the Zorii.ng Ordinance, as amended,
to evidence said rezoniag, to-wit:
