ZONIIdG CIASSIFTCATION OF CERTAIN PRpPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FR(JM GENERAL CI1�lSSIFICATION DISTRICT ZD BUSINESS DIS-
TRICT CB-1)
[:THEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Zegulatians) og Ordiaance No.
1628 knoWn as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton"., as amerided� and
the maps in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described i�as heretofore
beea zoned as GENERAL CLASSIFIGATION DIST�ICT, and
6'HEREAS, a petition for change of zone classification of said property has
been filed with the City Clerk on ar about July 6, 1966, which petition was then duly
referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing and
a public hearing having been held thereon on or about July 27, 19b6, and said matter
having been dnly considered bj the Plannit�g Commission and said rezoning request being
in conformity with the City's Compreheasive Plans and all parties having been heard
apQearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOt�J THEREFU�E,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY01� AND THE CITY COtINCIL OF THE CITY OF i2ENTDN AS

SECTION I: The following described property ia the City of Re,nton is hereby
rezoned ta Business District (B-2) ; the City Engineer and tt�e Planning Director are
,hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended,
t� evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
The East 23I feet of the South 220 feet of the North 250 feet
of the N.E. � of the N.E. % of the N.E. '� of Section 16, Town-
ship 23 North, Range 5 E.L•7.R5. ; Except the East 30 feet thereof
€or County RQad. Being the S.Ga. Corner of S.E. 128th Street a�
132nd Avenue S.E, and having minimum Iineal dimensions of 201
feet on S.E. 128th Street and 220 feet on 132nd Ave. S.E.
(situated on 4th Ave.N. CS.E.128tte Street) and 232nd Ave.S.E.)
SECTION II: This Ordinaace shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
