and approved by vote oi the City Council of the City of Renton, an
4ctober 3rd, 1966. after due notice and hearing thereo� as p�avided by
law, be and the same is hereby in a�l respects ratified, adopted and con-
�irmed as such Budge� for the year 1967 , and same by r�ference being in-
