of raising revenue sufficieat to pay the principal �nd interest uQon the general !
bonded indebtedness of the City of Rentan, the Geriera'1 Fucrd. and for carrying c►n
of the different departutents of the municiFai gov�rnment of the City af �entan ft�r II

are hereby levied upon all the real and persanal property wiLhin the City o� Ftenton
