SECTION 8-�309� SUB-S�CTION B OF TITLE VIII (HEALTA AND
SANITATION) OF ORDINAt�10E 1V0. 1628 ENTITL�D "CODE OF GENEtZAL
ORDINANCES OF THE �ITY OF ZENTON".
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEiE i�iAYOR AND THE CITY COtINCiL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOt•�S:
SECTION I: Existing sub-section B of Section 8-309 - �2ate for �harges -
of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 2628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows:
SUB-�ECTIOiV B OF SECTIOIV 8»309 - RATE FOR CHAZGES - as amended:
(B) Collection of garbage, refuse and swill from business firms and
commercial enterprises shall be made each weekday and the charges
to be as f oilaws:
1. For the first twenty (20) "garbage cans" and/or "garbage units" J
as herein defined $ .37 per caa per month �
2. Any "garbage cans" or "garbage units" as herein defined� in excess
of twenty �20) cans per month $ .22 per can per month.
Provided, however, that the minimum monthly charge for each such business
or commercial account shall be the sum of Ztao Dollars ($2.00) per month.

3. The rate for the handTing of hydraulic handled containers approvPc�
by� Lhe City's Contractor and the City for the use by commercial,
industrial and mul,tipie dwelling establishments shall be as foll�- ',

after its passage, appruval and legal publication.
