OF RENTON FROM GENERt�L CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G) TO HEAVY
INDUSTRX DISTRICT (H-1)

and the r:�aps in con,�uncr�on therewith, theproperties h�reinbelow described have hereto-
fore been zoned as GENERAL CLASSIFICATIQN DISTRICT (G), and
GhiEREAS a petition for change of zone ciassification of said propeYti.es has
been filed with the City C1erk on or about July 6, 1�66, which petition was then duly
referred to the Planna_n� CoR_mission for invest:igation, study and public hearing and a
public heari.n� havin� been held thereon on or abou� August 24, 1�66, and said rr.atter
having been duly considered by the Planning Coa,r��ssion and said rezoning request being
in conforn�iry with the Ci-ty`s Comprehensive Plan and the petitioner-owner having
hecetofore agreed to and has imposed certain covenants runaiag with the 1and, adhering

rezoned to Heavy Industry District (H-1�, and sub�ect to all the requirernents and re-
strictions as in,posed by section 4-713 (a) of the City`s `°Code of General Ordinances ',
and the covenants heretofore imposed and filed for record with the King County Auditor's
Off%ce, R::ceivin� No. 613757��; the City Engineer and the Planning Director �re hereby
authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to

of the Northeast one-c�uarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 36,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. described as follows;
