t7H�REAS the City has. heretofore passed and approved uader date of September 28,
1943 Ordinances Ydos. 1182, 2183 and 1184 creating and establishing certaia cumulative
reserve funds for various purposes and
t�JHEREAS it has been determined that said funds should be discontinued and
eliminated and that the remaining�alances,if any, be transfeYred ,unto the Current Fund, and
E•JHEREAS it is in the public interest and for the public benefit to discontinue
the use of said Cumulative Reserve Funds as aforesaid, and in lieu thereof to utilize
those �umulative Reserve Funds that have heretofore been established by the City for
certain specific purposes� now therefore
BE IT 02DAINED BY THE IIAYOR APID THE CITY COtmICIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOt•1S:
SECTION I: Ordinances Nos. 1182, 1183 and 1184 are hereby repealed in their
entirety, ef£ective immediately, and the cumulative reserve funds established thereunder
are hereby ended and eiiminated in aZl respects.
S�CTION II: The following balances in said cumul.ative reserve funds are
hereby transfened unto the Current Fund, effective immediately, to-wit:
The sum of $3.48 from Cumulative Reserve Fund Z182
unto the Current F'und
The sum of �202.58 fro�u Cumulative �2eserve Fund 1184
unto the Current Fund �
and the �ity Cleric and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to effectuate
said transfers and the closing of the af oresaid Cumulative Reserve Accounts.
