AN ORDINANCE � TH� CITY � RENTON� WASHIII�TON� VACATING A
PORTION OF 106th AVENUE SOUTF]EAST
WHEREAS s proper petition for vacating a certain portion of the street as
hereinafter more particvlarlq described was duly f iled with the City Clerk of the Cfty ;
of Renton on or about Febru&ry 15 � 1967, and said petition beiag signed by the owners I
of more than two-thirds of tt�e property abutting upon such portion of atreet sought to
be vacated, and
W�REAS the City by Resolution No. 1420, and after due investigation did fix
and determfne the 13th day of March, 1969, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the City Cvuncil
Chambers of the City oP Renton, to be the time and place for public hearing ttuereon�
and directed the Clerk to give notfce of said hearing in the m�nner provided by law;
and such notice having been duly given and pubZished and a13 persons hsving been hesrd
appearing fn favor of or in oppositfon there to; and
WHEBEAS the Planning Commission having duly considered sa�,d petition, and said
vacation as hereina£ter more particularly described being found to be in the public
interest and for the public benefit and no injury or damage to ar►y gerson or pt�perties
will resnit therefrom, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORD�INED BY TI� MAYOR AI� THE CITY COUIaCIL OF THE CI71' � RENTOfi1 AS
