OF REN'P0N FRQM GENERAL CLASSI�`ICATION DISTRICT (G} 'PD BtJSINESS
DISTRICT (B-1? AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3) I
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Ti�le IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. I628
knawn as the "Code c+f General Ordinances of the City af 8entan", as amended� and the
maps in conjunction therewith, the properties hereinbelow described have heretof ore {
been zoned as General Classification District (G); and
I WHERFAS a change for xone classification of said praperty has been'filed with
the City Clerk an or about January 5, i967, which pe tition was thc;n duly referred ta
the Pianning Co�nmission f�r investigation� s�.udy and publi� hearing and a public hearing
having been hei.d thereon on or about March 22� 196J, and said matter having been duly
considered by the Planning Comanissian and the petitioner-owner having amended his peti-
tion for such rezoning aad said request, as amended, being in conformity with the City's
�omprehensive Plan and a21 parties having been heard appearing ia su pport thereof or ia
oppositic�n thereto, NOW THERE�RE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAXOR AND THE CITX COUNCIL QF THE CZ'1'Y OF REN'NN AS FOLLOWS:
