WHEREAS under Chapter VZI, Title ZV {Builcling Regulations} of Ordinance No. 1628
known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of R.enton", as am�:nded, and the
maps in conjunction therewith* the properties hereinbelow described have hereto�ore
been zoned as General Suburban Residence District (GS-1); and
WHEREAS a change for zone classification of said property has heen fi2ed with
the City Clerk on or about February 21f 1967, which petiti�n was then duly referred to
the Plaaning Cotnmissiott for investigation, study and pub3ic hearing and a public heara.nb
having been held therean on or about M�rch 22, 2967, and said matter having been duly
cansidered by the Planning Commission and the petitioner-awner having duly agreed to
acnended
amend his petition for re�oning, and saidjrec}tzest being in eonfarmity with the City's
Camprehensive Plan and all parties having been heard appearing in suppor�. thereaf or

SECTION I: The following property is hereby reza�+e:d to "Suburban Residence No. 1
District (5R-1); the C ity Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby autharized an3
directed ta change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amerided, to evidence said re-
zoning, to-wit:
