POR.TIOi� OF x2TH PLACE, ftENrON HIGHLANDS
���5 a proper �tition for vacating a certai.n portion of the street as herein-
after more particularly described wa.s duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Renton
on or about Nlarch 17, 1957, and said petition bei.ng signed by the owners of more than
two-thirds of the property abutting upon such portion of street sought to be vacated,
and

and determine the 21�th day of April, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers of the City of Renton, to b� the time and pJ,.ace for public hearing thereon, III
and directed the Cierk to givt notice of said hearing in the manner provided by Iaw; and
such notice having been duly given and publ.ished and all persons having been heard ap-
pearing i.n favor of or i.n oppos�.tion thereto; and
y��s the Planning Commission having duly considered said peti.tion, and said
vacation as hereinafter more particuJ.arly described being found to be in the public
interest and for the public benefit and no i.nj ury or damage to any person or praperties
