ZONING CIASSIFICATION OF GERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CI7Y
OF RENTON FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) TO BUSINESS
DISTRICT (B-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Tit2e IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No.
I628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of thc City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps in conjunction therewith, the properties hereiabeZaw described have heretofore
been zoned as Sin�le Resid�nce District (t2-1); and

th� City Clcrk on or about 1�pri1 8, 196?, which petition was then duly referred to
the Plannin� Commission for inv�stigation, stady �nd public hearing and a pub2ic hearing
