WHEREAS under Chapter VIZ , Title IV {Building Regulatians} af

Ordina�ace No, 162$ known as the "Cade of General Ordinanees of the Gity of
Renton" , as amended, the the maps in con�unction therewith, the properties �
hereinbelow described have heretofore been �oned as General Classification
