?ONING CIIISSIFICATION OF CERTAiN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY
OF RFNTON FROM RESIDENfiIAL DISTRICT (�=1) TO AFAR'I27ENT HOUSFS

WHEREEIS under Ch�pter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. '
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended� and
tr�e ma s in con'uncti n t e e ' '�
p � o h r with, the properties hereinbelow described have heretofore
b�en zoned as Residential District (R-2); and i
WHEREAS a change f or zone classif ication of said propertq has been f iled with
the City Clerk on or about Apri2 3� 1967, which petition was then duly referred to
th2 Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing. and a public
hearing having been held thereon on or about April 26, 1967, and said matter having
been duly considered by the Planning Commission and said request bei.ng in conformity
with the City•s Comgrehensive Plan and all parties having been heard appearing in
support thereof or in opposition thereto, Na•7 THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI� MAYOR A1� TRE CITY COUI�CIL OF THE CITY OF RENT�N AS FOLL(JWS:
SECTION I: The following property is hereby rezoned to ='��8rt�nt Houses and
Mu3tiple Dwe2lings" (R-4); the City Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby
authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as auQended, to
evidence said rezoning, to�wit:
a. Lotsll and 12� Block 3� Sartorisville,
b. All of Block 3, Car Works Add,ition, EXCEPT Lot 12, .
c. All of BZock 6. Car Works Addition, EXCEPT Lots 1 to 6 inclnsive,
and EXCEPT Lots 9 and 10, and EXCEPT Lots 26 through 30, inclusive,
King County, Glashington
(Located between Park and Factory Aves. N. from N. 3rd St. to N. 4th St.)
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and 2ega1 publieation. ��
