AN C7RDII�INGE OF THE C�T� OF RENTON� WASHII�GTON; vAGATING
E1 PORTIOI�f OF McALLISTER RQFlD (COUAT'IY ROAD N0. 63) RENTON,

G7HEREAS a proper petition for vacating a certain portion of roadway as
hereinafter more particularly described was duly filed with the City Clerk on or
about June 1, 1967, and said petition havi.ng been signed by the owners af more
than 2/3 of the property abutting upon such partion of roadway sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS the City by Resolution No. �4,5g , and after due investigatior� did
f i.x and determine the lOth day of July, 1967 at the hour af 8:00 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers of the City of Renton, to be the time ana place for public hearing
thereon; and directed the Clerk to give notice of said hearing in the manner provided
by law, Snd sueh notice having been duly given and published and all persons having been
heard appearing in favor of or in opposition thereto; and
j�7�]EREAS the Planning Commission having duly considered said petition, and
saS.d vacation es hereinafter more particularly described being found to be in the
public interest and for the publ.ic benefit and no injury or damege to eny person or
properties will result therefrom, �fCt�7 THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL C� THE CI7Y OF RI3NTOIV AS

SECTION I: The following described portion of �oadway, to-wit:
That portion of McAllister Road (County Road t�63) lying betweea
the North line of Section 20, Ttap� 23 N., Range 5 E. GJ,M., and
the northerly margin of Puget Sound Power & Light Co.,Sttuffleton
No. 1 & 2 200 ft. transmission 1 ine right of way, all located in
Renton, King County, 47ashington

SECTIOR� II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval anc� iegal publication, as provided by law. A Certi.fied Copy of
