t•IHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations? of Ordinance No.
1628 knawn as the "Code of Genera� Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amenaea,
and the maps adopted in conjunetion fiherewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as Single Residence District (R-1); and
iJHEREAS a proper petition for change of zane cl�ssification of said properties
has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about June 8, I967, which petition w�s then
duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigatian, study and public hearing,
and a •public hearing having been held thereon on or about June 28, 1967, and the
Petitioner having duly amended his petition for rezoning, and proper notice oE hearing
has been duly published and posted as provided by l�w; end said m�atter having been
duly considered by the Plenning Cornmission, and said rezoning being in Qont�mity with
the Cityts Comprehensive Pl�n end all partiea having been heard appearing in aupport
thereof or in opposition thereto„ N(XrJ THEKEFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUrFCIL OF THE CI'TY OF RENTON AS

SECTION I: The following descrfbed property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Residance District (R.�2); the City Engineer and the Planning Director are
hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zening Ordinance, �s amended,
to evidenee said rezoning, as f ollows:
