WHEREAS under Chapter VIZ, Title IV CBui2ding Regnlatians) of Ordinarece No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Rentoa", as amended,
and fihe maps adopted in conjunetion therewith, the property hereinbelaw described has
heretofore been zoned as Residenee District (R-2); and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said properties �

h�s been f iled with the City Clerk on or about June 7, 1967, which petition was then
duly referred to the Planning Ca�ission for investigation, study and public hearing, �
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about June 28, 1967, and proper '�
