af ter more particularZy described was duly f iled with the City Clerk on or abont

the property abutting upon such portion af roadway saught ta be vacated, and
WHEREF�S the City by Resalutit�n No. Z459, passed and approved on 3u�e 39, l967,
and after dne investi.gatian did fix an� deteru�ine the 1'7th day of July, 19G7, at the
hour o� 8:44 P:M, in th� Citp Council Chambers o£ the City of Rentan, to be the time
and place for public hearing therean; anc3 directed the Clerk to give notice of sai.d
