t�tEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance N�. I628
known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as a�aended, and the
maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretafbre
been zoned as Gen�ral Classification District (G); and
WHEREAS a proper petition for ehaage of zone classificati�n of said propez'ties

duly referred to the Planning Ccmmission fcr investigation, study and public hearing,
