, ZOI�ING CLASSIFICATIOIV OF CE2TAZN PROPERTIES 47ITHIN THE CITY
OF RENTON FRON GENERAL SUBURBAl� DISTRICT (GS-1) 'IC) i2ESIDENTIAL I
DISTRICT CR-2)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
known as the "Code of General. Ordinances of the City of Rentoa", as amended� and the
maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretof�re
been zoned as General Suburban District (GS-1); and
���iE�EAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said properties
has been filed with the City Clerk on or about May 16, 1967� which petition was then
duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing�
and a publ ic hearing having been heid thereon on or about June 28, 1967� and proper
notice of hearing has been duly published and posted as provided by law; and the Planniag
Commission having denied said petition �or rezoning and the petitioners having duly ap-
pealed to the City Council $s pr ovided by law� and a publie hearing having been held on
said appeal on or about August 7, 1967� and the City Council having duly Qonsidered said
rezoning reQuest, and same being in conformity with the City•s Comprehensive Plan, a nd
all parties having been hea� appearing in support thereof or in opposi*ion thereto, P�OGl

SECTION I; The following described prope rty in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned t� Residential District (R-2); the City Engineer and the Planning Director are
hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended�
to evidence said rezoning, as follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, Block 3, Ren ton View Addition,
King County, �dashington
(Located on NE corner af intersection o£ S. llth St.
and Eiorris Ave. S.)
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, appraval and legal publication.
