propert� has been filed with the City Clerk on or about July 5, 1967, �ahich petition
was then daly referred to the Planniag Commission for investigation, study and public
izearing, and a public heariag having been he.l@ thereon on ox about July 26,1967, and
prope-r notice of hearing has been duly published and posted as provided by lavr; and
said peCition hsviag been duly considered by th� Plannin� Commission, and said
rezoning request being iz� conformi.ty with Che City`s �omprehensive Plan and all
, parties havinn been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR EiND THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE CI1`Y OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
Saction 1: The following described groperty £n the City of Renton is
hereby rezoned to Ligh� Industry Dfstric� (L-1) 5 the City Engineer and the Planning
Direstor are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance
as amended, to evidence said rezonfng, to-wit:
Lots 19 thru 3I inclusive, Block 27, C. D. Hillman`s Earlington
Gardens Division �kl, as recorded in Vol. 17 of Plats, Page 74,
records of King County, ia=�shington
(Located on Grady if7ay between 87th South and 8bth South)
Section 2; This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
