AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHIIdGTON, ADOPTING AND
ESTABLISHING BY REFERENCE CERTAIN WASHINGTOI3 TRAFFIC STATUTES.
WHEREAS not 2ess than three (3) printed copies in book form of the t9Washington
Traffic Statutes" as issued by the Association of WashingCon Cities in cooperation
with the Bureau of Governmental Research and Services have heretofore been filed in
the Office of the City Clerk for use arid examinatioa by the public, and it being
deemed advisable to adopt said "Washin ton Traffic Statutes" by reference as rovided

by law, together with any amendmeats, additions or modifications thereto when printed
and filed with the CityClerk from time to time, and
' WHEREAS it is advisable to adopt said traffic statutes included �herein by
reference, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAIIVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY GOi�ICIL QF THE CITY QF REI�iTON AS
FOLLOWS: 'i
I� SECTION I: The said "OODE OF WASAINGTON TRAFFIC STATUTES" as issued by the
Association of Washington Cities in cooperation with the Bureau of Goveramental
Research and Services, which Code is dated Ma , 1966 and enerall identified as

'�Information Bulletia No. 283" of which not less than three (3) printed copies in

book form have heretofore been filed in the Office of the City Clerk and made available
to the general public for examination, is hereby adopted as '°2he Code of Washingtoa
Traffic Statutes's for the City of Renton; and any and all amendments, additions or
modifications thereto when printed and filed with the City Cierk by authori2atioa of
the Citp Couacil from time to time shall be considered and accepted and constitute a
part of such Code without the necessity of further adoption of such amendments, addi-
tions or modifications by the legislative authority of the CITY OF RENTON or by Ordiaance.
SECTZON II: By the reference thereto made hereinabove, said "Code of Washington
Traffic Statutes" as hereinabove described, together with any and all amendments,
modifications or additions thereto and hereafter printed and filed with the City Clerk,
is incorporated herein and made a part of this Ordinance as if fu11y, and with the same
effect as if set out herein in full, or as adopted by subsequent Ordinance amendatory
hereof.
SECTION III: All other Ordinances or patts of Ordiaances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed,. including Section 10-119 of Title X of Ordinance No. 162�
(Traffic Code).
SECTION IV: This Ordinauce shall be in fuli force and effect oa and after the
