Section I: Existing sub-sections 4-708 (2) and 4-708 (4)(b) of Title IV (Bui2d-
ing Regulatioas? of Ordinance No. 1628, are hereby amended to read as f ollows:
Se�tion 4-708 (2) , as amended: Duplex family dwellings and residences
not to exceed two stories or 25 feet,

whichever is less.
Section 4-708 (4)(b), as amended: Height is limited to a maximum of
two stories or 25 feet, whichever
is less.
Section II: Existing aection 4-709 B ti) is hereby amended to read as follows,

wit:

and effect.
3ection IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and legal publication.
