WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOGJS:
SECTION I; It is heraby ac�.nowledged that a certain SCt2.0A entitled

Defenc3ant'� was heretofore eammenced in the Superior Court of the State af Washi.ngtoa
in and for King County, after claim for damages haviag been filed prior theretp as
provided by law which tota2 claim was in the sum of $12,8Sf�.10, Cogether with eosts
aad disbursements.

SEC�I4Pt IZ: After extensiue reegatiations the aforedescribed claim �

has heretafare been settled in the toeal sum of $2500.Ot� which appears fa#.r and
equitable under the circurostances af said claim.
The Mayor and the City Clerk of the Cfty af Rentou are hereby authorfzed
aud directed to pravide far theissuance 4f a proper warrarit iu the aforesaid amounC
compromise
as a total/settlement af said claim and the dismissal of said actian ia tk�e Superior
Court, King Caunty, cause No. 6411q5, with prejudice.
