, AN ORDIA'ANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTOA]� 4]ASHII�I'ON, CHANGING
TF2E ZONIA'G CI�SSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PRQPERTIES WITHIN
THE CITY OF RENTON FROM &ESIDENCE SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT (R-I)
TO RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R 2)
WHERF�S under Chapter VII, Title IV (Huilding Regulatinns) of Ord inance No.
1628 knawa as the "Code of General Ordinanees of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps edopted in conjunetion therewith, the property hereinbelow d�scribed has
heretofore been zoned as Single Family Residerece District (R-�); and
WHEREAS a proper petiti.on for change of zane cl$ssification of said property
has been f iled with the Citq Clerk on or about December 7, 1967, which petition was
duly refarred to the Planning Commission Eor imv�estigation, study $ad public heering,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about December 27, 1967, and sa id
matter havin� been duly conti.nued end the Petitioner-Owners hsving du2y eppealed f rom
the decision of the P3,�nning Commiezion $nd hearings having been he2d before the City
Couacil of the Cit�r af Rentan ead Patitio�er-Owner hav£ng duly amended his Petition,
end said rezoning requeat� �s �mended, being in conf ormitq with the Cfty's Comprehensive
Plan and all p�rties having been heard appearing in aupport thereof or in opposition
thereto, NQ�J THEREFORE

SECTION I: The f ollowing described property in the City of ReMton is hereby
rezoned to Residential District (R-2); tt►e City Engineer and the Plannfng Director
are hereby authorized and directed to change the m�ps o! the Zoning Ordinanee, as 8mencled�
to evidence sa id rezoning, to-wit:

accord ing to plet recorded in Volume lI of p18ts� page 82,
