1623 l:nown as the "Code aiE General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as a�ended, and
the r:iaps adopted in con�unction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretof ore been zoned as Single Residence District (t.-1); and
4�t-IEL?FAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property �
has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about �tovember 3, 1967� which petiicion was
duly referred to the Planning Commission for invesicigation, study and public hearing,
and a public hearing having been held fihereon on or about November 22, 1967, and said
matter having been duly continued and the Petitioner-Owner having timely f iled an appeal
to the City Council fram the decision of the Planning :,o�mission and the Petitioner-Owner
having thereafter duly amended his pe�ition f or rezoning, and a public hearing having
been held beiore the City Council on or about I�arch 18, 1968, and proper notice of hear--
ing has been duly published and posted as provided by law; and said rezoning request,
as amended, being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and a12 parties '

to evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
