CIASSIFIGATION aF CERTAIN PR(�PERTIES G]ITHIN THE CITY OF i2ENT�N FROYd
GENERAL CLASSIFICATIE�N DISTRICT (G) TQ MANUFAC'I�JRII+� PARK DISTRICT �MP)
WHEREAS under Chapter VEI, Title IV (Building �egulations) 'of �rdinance
No. 2b28 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as
amended, and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property herein-
below described has heretofure been zoned as General Classification District (G);
a nd
WHERFAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of �aid
property has beea filed with the City Clerk on or abont A�arch 6� 1968, which
petition was duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigation� study
and public hearing, a nd a public hearing having been heid thereon on dr about
March 27, 1968� and said matter having Deen duly considered by the Planning
Commission and the petitioner-owner haviag duly amended his petiLion for
re-2oning, and said re-zoning request, as amended� being in conformity with
the City's comprehensive plan� and alI parties having been heard appearing
in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NQW THEREFQRE,
BE IT ORDAIP�ED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF
i2EN1nN, WASHiNG30N, AS F(�LIAWS:
SECTION I: The followirig described property in the City of �?enton is
hereby rezoned to Manufacturing Park District (MP); the C ity Engineer a nd
th� Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps
of the Zoning Ordinance� as amended, to evidence said reaoning, to wit:

Lots I, 2, 3, 4, S, 6, 7, Z2, 23, 24, 25� 26, 27 and 28 in Block 2
of C.D. Aillman's Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of Seatt2e
Division No. 1, as per plat recorded in Volume 17 of Plats� on Page
74, records of King County
Parcel B:
Lots 27 and 28 in Block 1 of C.D.Hillman's Ear2ington Gardens
Addition to the City of Seattle Division No. 1, as per plat recorded
in Volume 17 of Plats, on page 74� records of King County; AND
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14� 15� I6, 17, 18, 19� 20 and 21 in B2ock
2 of C.D.Hillman's Earlington Garden Addition to the City of Seattle -
