THE ZONII� CIASSIFICATION OF CERTEIIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE
CIZY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CI�ASSIFIC�TION AISTRICT (G-6000)
TO LIGHT INDUSTRY DISTRICT (Ir�I)
WHEREAS nnder Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulatians) of Ord inance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", ea amended, and
the maps adopted in conjunetian therewith, the property hereinbelow descrfbed has
heretofore been zoned as General Classif ication District (G-6000); �nd
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said pro erty

has been f iled with the City C3erk on or about/February 28� 2968, which petitions: were
duly referred to the Planning Commissfon for investigation, study and public hesring,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about October 25� 1967 and thereaf ter
on March 27, 1968, based on the Supplemental Petition� snd sa id m�tters having been
duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said rezoning requests being in conf ormit�►
with the City's Comprehensive P1an, and all parties having been heard appearing in �
support thereof or in opposition thereto� N(�1 THEREFORE
BE IT ORDA INED BY TH8 MAYOR A ND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON� �:

SECTION I: The following described properties i.n the City ef Renteri are hereby
rezoned to Light Industry District (L-3); the City Engineer and the Planning Director
are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinsnce� as amended�
