RENTON FR�I GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DISTBICT (G-6000) TO
LIGHT INDUS TRY (Ir-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Tit2e IV CBui�ding Regulations) of Ordinaace No�
7 u'28 kaown as the "Code of General Ordiances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps adopted in conjureetion therewith, Lhe property hereinbelow described has
l::retofore been 2oned �s General Classif icatioa District (G«•6000); and
WHERFAS a proper petition for chenge of zone classi.f ication of said propert;�
ras been f iled with the City Clerk on or about October 3, 2967, which petitioa was
duly referred to the Plantting Cammission for investigation, study and public hearing,
and a public heering having been held thereon on or about October 25, 1967, and said
x��aring having been duly continued from time to time, and said matter having been duly
considered by the Planning Commission and said rezoning reqaest being iR conEormity
with the City*s Comprehensive Plan� and all parties having been heard appearing in
�upport thereof ar in oppos�i.tion therete, NOW THEREFORE,
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AN!? Z'HE CIZY COUNC�L QF THE CIZY OF RENTON,

SECTION I; The following described property in the City of Renton is herc'-�
rezoned to Light Induatrq (IP-2); the City Engineer snd the Pianning Direetor are
hereby authorize8 and directed to change fihe m�ps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amendn?,
�o evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
