ZONING CIASSIFICATIQN OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY �'
RENTON FRCJM GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DISTRICT (C�72�00)°TQ It�SIDB��.

WHEREAS under Chapter VIi, Title IV (Building Regulstfons) af Ordinance No.
?.���3 known as the "Code of Genera2 Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
ya� maps adopted in conjuneti.on therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
i:^..r�tofore been zoaed as General Classif ication District (G-7200); and
F7HEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classif icatian of said property
1:�s been filed with the City Clerk on or about May 1, 1968� which petition was duly
r�ferred to the Planning Commfssion for investigation, study and pablic hearing, and
� u pLblic hearing having been held thereon on or about June 26, 1968, and said matter
h�ving been duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said rezoning request
being in coaformity with the City's Coaprehensive Plan, and ell parties ha¢ing been
