Z0111ING CLASSZFICATION QF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN TEiE CITY OF
RENTON FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R•1) TO BUSINESS DISTRIGT
(B-1)
WHEREt�S under Chapter VII, Title IV, (Building Regulations) of Ordinance
No. 1628 known as the '�Code of General Ordinances of the City of Ren�oa", as amended,
and the maps adopeed in conjuaction therewith, Che property hereinbelow described
has heretofore been zoned as Siagle Residence District (R•1); and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said
property has been filed with �he City Clerk on or about June 5, 1968, which petit£on
was duly refe•rred to the Planning Commission €or investigation, study and public
hearing, aud a public hearing having been held thereon on or about June 2b, 1968,
and said matter having been duly considered by the Plaaain� Co�mission, and said
rezoning request being in conformity ��iith the City's Comprehensive Plaa, and all.
