ZONInG CiASSIFICATION OF CER7�IIN PROPERTY [�7ITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FR�.+! GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G-6000) TO LIGIiT
INDUSTRY DISTRICT (?rl)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV, (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and

tt-�e maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classificetion District (G�6000); and
WHEREA3 a proper petition for change of zone classif ication of said property
has been filed with the Citq Clerk on or abouti Maq 1, i968, which petition was duly
referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing, and
a public heariag having been held thereon on or about May 22, 1968� and said matter
' haviu�:; b�en duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said rezoning request
being ia conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan and all parties having be�n
' heard appearin� in snpport thereof or in opposition thereto, NQ�J THER�ORE
BE XT RESOLVED BY Z°f� NSAYOR AND TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON�
WASHINGTON� AS FOLLafaS:
SECTION I: The following described properties in the City of Renton are
hereby rezoned to Light Industry District (L-1) as hereinbelaw specified; the City
Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps
of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
Lots 41 through 45, Block 26, C. D. Hillman's Earlington
Gardens, Div. No. 1, King County, [Jashington� less the
east ten feet for road.

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in fu12 force and effect from &nd after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
