the maps adopted in con�unction therewith, the property hereinbelow described hsm
heretofore been zoned as Goneral Classificatiore Aistrict tG); and
Wi�ERFAS a proper petition for change of zone classi,fication of said property
has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about April 3, 1968, which petition was duly '�
referred to the Flanning Commiasion for i.nvestigation, study and publ£c hearing, and a
public hearing having been he2d thereon on or about �,pril 24� 1968, and said matter
having been duly considered by the Planning Commission, end seid rezoning request being
in conformity with the City's Comprehensfve P18n and ell psrties having been t�asrd

SECTIQN I; The foliowing describad propertp in the City of Renton is hereby
::a�oned to Residentiel District (R-3) as hereinbelow specified; the City Enginesr and
tt►e Planning Director ere hereby aathorized and directed to change the mapa of the
Zoning Ordinance, as aa�ended, to evidence sai.d rezoning, to-•wit:
The West 1/2 of the north 15 acres of the SE 1/4 of the N8 1/4
of Sec. 31, 1�p 23N, R 5E, W.M. � in Kiag County, W�shington,
except that portion thereof conveyed to Iting County for road
by deed recorded under auditors f ile No. 129d728 �nd ESccept
that portion thereof lying within the Kent-Renton road. (John
