SECTIaN I: Existing Section 5-904 of Title V (Business Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "C4DE aF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY aF
REN'IOIV" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTIQN 5-904 LICENSE FEES, AS AMENDED: The license fees
to be charged hereunder are hereby established in the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars <$5,000.00) per annum for a master Iicense, which may be paid on a
uarterl basis at the rate of 1,400.00 r
q y $ pe such quarter; and the sum of
Tt��elve and 50/100 Dollars <$12.50) per month for a sub-license, provided,
however, that each such master license must carry and pa,y for at Ieast 35
sub-licenses. The license period for a master license shall begin January lst '
and end December 31st of each year, and if paid on a quarterly basis, shall
begin January lst and be effective for a three month period thereafter. Except
as otherwise provided for hereinabove, no license shall be issued for a
fractional period.
SECTIOh II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
