D. HILLMAN' S -`D EARLINGTON GARDENS, DIVISION N0. l, SITUATED IN � RENTON, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. �� nWHEREAS a proper petition for vacating of certain str.eets �:� . and alleys as hereinafter more particularly described was duly_ fiZed with the City Clerk on or about November 21, 1968 , and said Petition having beeri signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon such stre��s and alleys sought to be vacated, and - , WHEREAS the City Couneil by Resolution No. 1590 approved and passed on December 9 , 1968 , and after .due investigation did fi.x and determine the 13th day of January, 1969, at the hour of 8 : 00 P.M. in �the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time and place for public hearing thereon, and directed the Clerk to give notice of such .hearing in the m��rzr.er provided by law, and such notice having been duly given and published, �� after such public hearing, the City Council did fix and det�ra�s7.��� a r.enewed hearing on said Petit3on, � which such additional hearin� ��.� duly held on the 7th day of Apri19 1969, and noti_ce thereof was c?��l.y given and published as required � by law, and all persons having been .heard appearing in favor of or • � in opposition thereto , at both of such hearings; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission having duly considered �au'd Petition and said vacation as hereinafter more particularly described being found to be in the public interest and for the public benefit , and no injury or damage tc any per5on or properties will result therefrom; and WHEREAS the City Ceuncil caused to have made an appraisal ' of the properties sought to be vacated as provided for in City of Renton Ordinance No. 2349 ; NOW TIIEREFORE � BE IT ORDAIr�EI�} �si TI-�E MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHIP3G'�ON, AS FOI.=LOWS: SECTIO?V' I> The following described streets., portions of I�` _ ls � , . � e rtOL �� rAGE��9� ` '�'' � ' � -. _".�_,. -` ' " . ., , • ��'���.r ' r ..
