BE .IT. QRDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY. OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLQWS :
SEC:TION I : Existing Section 5-18.03 entitled "Card Table
Fee" of Title V (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitl.ed
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF. THE GITY. OF RENTON" is hereby repealed.
SECT•ION II : Section 5-1805 - HOURS. OF GLOSING - of. Title
V (B.usiness Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1.628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINA.NCES OF THE CITY. OF REI�I.T.ON" is hereby amended to read as, follows :
SECTION 5=1805 AS AMENDED :- HOURS. OF C.LOSING - It .
shall be. unlawful to o.perate any billiard or pool ta.ble located. in any
billiard hall or poal hall exce.pt between the :hours of 8 : 00 A.M. and
1 : 00 A.M. ;� provided, however, that all such operations shall be closed
on Sundays and at midnight on Saturdays.
SECTTON III : Sect 'ion 5-18OT of Title V (.Business Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1.628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON" is hereby amended to read as follows :

, alleys and billiard halls shall be .licensed hereunder but in no event
shall any such premises. to be liceri.sed under this chapter be used or
occupied for any unlawful .purpose. A violation of th�.s.�-;n�.ap.ter
� shall be grounds for immediate r.evo�ation of any license.
SECT:ION :TV: This Ordinance shall be in, full. force� and
effect from and af.ter its. passage, approval and legal publicat 'on.
