ORDINANCE N0. �;�2 �j13
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues
in excess of estimated revenuesfor the calendar year 1969 consisting
of reimbursement from King County to cover one half of the cost of
a street restoration project, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
excess revenues into the belowmentioned fund, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation , to-wit :
UNTO : Street Maintenance Account 1320�130 : $600 . 00
Account 1320I315 $1 , 870 . 00
Account 1320j417 4 ,�145 . 26
Total $6 ,615 . 26
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 6th day of October, 1969 . ,
