ORDINANCE N0. � ,�i�'�
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain excess
revenue in excess of estimated revenues constituting Federal Grants
received for the purpose of "Accident Identification and Surveillance"
and "Traffic Control Devices" and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
excess revenues into the belowmentioned funds and accounts , and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest in and for
the public benefit, now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE C�ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION �I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized to provide
for the following appropriations , to-wit:
UNTO : "Accident Identification and
Surveillance Fund No . 4100 ,
Account No . 314 $1:9 ,985 . 00
"Traffic Control Devices Fund"
�do: 4200 ; �ccour.t No . 314 $15 ,981. 00
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect on and after February 28 , 1970 and after its passage , approval
and legal publication.
