AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2541 , RELATING TO
COLLECTION OF "INDUSTRIAL WASTES" BY ADOPTING
A "SUPPLEMENT TO EXHIBIT A"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTI"ON I : Ordinance No. 2541 , passed and approved on January
19 , 1970 , is hereby amended by adding to the existing Exhibit "A„
a certain supplement, kriown as "Supplement to Exhibit A" , a copy
thereof being attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully
set forth.
SECTION II : All other terms and provisions of Ordinance No.
2541 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION III : This �ner"i�l.a�ory�0�clinar�ce shall be in full
force and effect after its passage , approval and legal publication �`
as provided by law.

�' The below specified rates and condi.tions are based I
on quantities o�' industrial. waste of at least 45 ,Q00 yards per
year or more. Dumpinq �ee under Ztem l. below is paid for by th�
manu�acturer separately and :is not included in saa.d ra�tes, ta-wit. I
1. $20 .05 per load of cornpacted indus�rial waste
in customer turnished cc�ntainers exc].usive of �
City of Seattle "durnping fee" at Midway Disposal.
I facility. Cantainers used must be compati.hle with
Contzactor`s .removal equipment.
2. $i.00 per cuhi e �ard �or industrial r�raste hauled
to the King Caunty Disposal facili�y, including
"dumping fee'' for all 3oose material, but in the
event said Ki.ng County� dumping fees are modi.fied
I or revised frQm those exi.sting September, 1969 ,
then the aforesaid specified rate shail be ad-
justed accord.�ngly.
3. $2.30 par cuh�c yard for industrial waste hauied
to the King �aunty Disposa]. facility, including
"'dumping �ee" for "sand tubs" .
