providing far the conderrina�ion of right of way
and easement in, .over and upan certain land
necessary for .ingress, egress and improvement

and providing further for �he payment� for
said righ� af way a,nd easement.

SECTION I; That �he City. Attorney far the City of Rentan be and

Renton for candemnation and acquisition of right of way and easement

means of ingress , egress , access and impravement of the City of Renton

SECTION .TI: That the acquisition of said right of way and I
easement for the purpose herein mentioned is for a public use and
necessity and for the public benefit.
SECTION III: Payment for the right of way and easement herein
described to be acquired shall .be made from the general fund of the
City of Renton and/or �rom such .other fund or funds of the City of
Renton as may be .available therefor:= . �
SECTION IV: Nothing in this ordinance shall be con�trued
as a waiver by the City of Renton of its right to decl.ine _to take and
pay for said right .of way and/or easement after the amount of damages
has been ascertained and within the time allowed by law.
SECTION V: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, appr.oval and _publication as provided by
law.
