WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimates revenues ,
and ..�:
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to a�propriate
such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund and account
for the purpose of construction of a certain theatre to be located
within the Cedar River Park Community Center, and such appropriati.on
being necessary and in the public interest , and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directc�d to provide for the follo�aing ap�ropriations , to-wit :
FROM: Excess Revenue Account: CUIi1�.ENT FUND $ 51,()00.00
T0 : Cedar River Acquisition Fund , 5010-605 : $ 51,000.00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full fo�ce and
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this,�,�1�~day of April , 1970 .
