ORDINANCE N0. � ���
WHEREAS the City o� Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the year 1970 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund:
and account to cover the cost of a new fire truck for the City of
Renton, and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
interest and for the public benefit , NOinI THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON , 41ASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the follQwing appropriation and transfer, to-wit :
CURRENT FUND
FROM: Excess State Aid Money $2 ,749 . 00
UNTO : Cumulative Reserve Fund #1698 $2 ,749 . 00
Acct, �3�Yfr�//c'1
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 14th day of September, 1970 .
