ORDINANCE N0. 02���
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1970 ,and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer
from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund and account to
cover certain costs incurred by the Renton Police Department under
its Mutual Aid Agreement with King County, and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer, to-wit :
FROM: Current Fund, Excess State Aid money : $1 ,600 . 00
UNTO : Current Fund , Police Department, #1185 ,
Salaries and Wages , Overtime, Acct. #130 : $1 ,600 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
