' WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, has heretofore received
certain excess re�enues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar
year 1970 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer from such
excess revenue into the belowmentioned CuJnulative.•Reserve Fund tor the
purpose ot �naintaining a proper account balance in said Account , and
such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , AS FOLLOWS :
Section i : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed �

effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
