ORDINANCE N0. z S 99
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1970 in connection with the construction of that certain
CARCO THEATER in Cedar River Park, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to make the following �'
' appropriation and transfers for the purpose of paying construction
' costs for said theater and such appropriation and transfers being
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit, I
NOW THEREFORE
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation, to-wit:
FROM: Excess Revenue, Cumulative Reserve Fund $4342 . 88
Nr. 2516
UNTO : Cumulative Reserve 2516 , Account No.
4300/602 $4342 . 88
SECTION II: The City Clerk is further authorized and
directed to provide for the following transfer, to-wit:
FROM: Cumulative Reserve Fund 2516 , Account No.
4300/602 $104 ,342 . 88
UNTO: Park Fund Account No. 1710/605 $104, 342 . 88
SECTION III : This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication. �
