WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore '
created and is maintaining a certain contingency fund as provided by
law, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the below
specified amounts into certain funds from said contingency fund for
the continuing operation of the Carco Theater and such transfer being
� made in compliance with R�Wa35A:._3� . 146 , NOW THEREFORE �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOK AND THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following transfer, to-wit: �
