of Ordinance No. 1628 kno�rn as the "Code of General Ordi.nances of
the City o�f Renton" , as amended , and the maps adopted i.n conjuncti.on
therewith, the prope�ty herei.nbelow descri.bed has I�ere-ta�ore been
�o�ed as Suburban Residence District CSR-1? ; and
WHEREAS a praper petitian far change of zone cla�sifi.cation
of said propert� has been filed r�zith the Ca.ty Clerk on or about
. December 3 , 1970 , which petitian �ras duly referred to the Planning
Commission for investigatzan, study and public heari.ng, and a publi.c
hearing having been held thereon on or about January 27 , 1971, and
said ma�ter having been duly considered by the Planning Commission,
an.d said zoning reques�t being in conformity with the City' � Camprehensive
Plan, and the City Cauncil having du3y cans.i.dered all matters relevant
thereto , and all parties having been heard ap�eari.ng in support
