AN ORDINANCE 0�' THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, I'
AMENDING SECTION 3-206 CA)of TITLE IIZ CDE�'ARTMENTS)
OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE 0�' GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" , RELAT�NG TO
WATER SERVICE INSTALLATION CHARGES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, inTASHINGTON, AS FOLLOTr�IS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 3-206 (A? of Title III CDepartments )
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 3-206CA)as amended : �'EE; ORIGINAL INSTALLATION :
No service connection less than three-fourths inch C3/4" )
in size shall be installed. The fee for the original
installation of water service as hereinbefore provided
shall be as follows :
(A) The sum of One Hundred Forty Dollars C$140 . 00 ) for
a three-fourths (3/4" ) inch connection, e.ffective
July l, 1971.�

SECTION II . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
fr�m and after its passage , ap�roval and legal publication.
